BUILDING AN INTERNATIONAL AFRICAN AMERICAN COMMUNITY
Today, more and more Black Americans are discovering the cultural richness and economic advantages that Africa has to offer and relocating to the continent. Some are seeking dual citizenship, while others seek lower living costs while maintaining remote employment in the States. Whatever the path, in essence, we are returning home to our true place of origin in greater numbers now than ever before.
Our mission is plain and simple: we want to provide a forum for black Americans to share their experience of returning to Africa — everything from their motivation to relocate to why they chose their particular African country, and the intricate steps they took to get there.
Now is the time to make this dream a reality for African Americans and those who want to reintroduce their families to the continent of descent.

The United States is our birthplace, but Africa is our birthright. We all call America our home, but the truth is, our ancestry lies in the soil of our country of true origin, Africa. Most of us have never seen it or had the opportunity to experience the richness of the culture, the astonishing landscape or the myriad people. Nu Solatium is on a mission to change that. Our passion lies in actually connecting black people with the continent of Africa. We want to help African Americans experience of the continent and its rich culture for themselves.
